I’ve got nothing to say so this post is going to be one of the quickest in history!

I was struggling to say something, to put something down on paper, to be a ‘good girl’ and squeeze out a topic or message. And the more I struggled, the more blank and wordless I became.

AND then it hit me…

First, a wise American trainer way back in the eighties once told me, ‘Blank is pretty high space. People meditate their arses off to get there!’ So please value yours…

Second, how often, when you have nothing to say, do you fill it with something, anything, as long as you’re not sitting with silence? Like small talk at a social gathering.

Eek… How I hate small talk!

Third, if you fill up all the space with saying stuff, both externally and internally, it’s hard to hear your own inner wisdom and the promptings of your awesome Wild Soul.

Especially if your internal talk is peppered with not-good-enough thinking and feeling!

SO…

To cultivate having nothing to say…

Close your eyes, feet firmly on the floor and back straight. Tilt your chin down a little as you focus way down in your belly and take three slow and deep breaths… Keep breathing.

Oh the delicious and peaceful silence!

If your thoughts won’t let you be, repeat as above but this time count your breathing slowly in this sequence…

Breathe in through your nose for 1 2 3.

Breathe noisily out through pursed lips for 1 2 3 4.

Hold your breath for 1 2 3…

Repeat.

And, hopefully, you’ll have discovered how delicious it is to have nothing to say!

Love and warm wild wishes…

Conquer your self-sabotage

So you can be wild and big and free!

PS… If the not-good-enoughs hold you back from being or doing what you desire, hope is at hand. Yes… I know you’ve tried to conquer them yourself or even had therapy/coaching and they came back again. It doesn’t mean you can’t conquer them, but that the ways you tried to don’t work. FYI This is time limited but look here for what does!
