I’ve been known to point out of my client room window when seeing someone and say, ‘It’s insanity out there!’ So if you’re feeling a bit off centre or overwhelmed or wobbly, please check how much of that is down to our collective unconscious ‘out there’ and how much is definitely yours.
Because there is oh so much going on ‘out there’ and your antennae could well be picking it up! Including post lockdown and Covid stuff…
We are inter-dependant beings so we’re bound to influence each other energetically. That’s why the gurus tell you to be mindful of the company you keep. In my terms, keep company with the pull-you-uppers and avoid the push-you-downers like the plague.
That’s not so easy if the push-you-downers now live in your head. But don’t despair. You can tame your negative critical thoughts and transform them so you can have peace of mind and achieve what you desire without tripping yourself up.
Again, in my terms, you can be big and wild and free… Freakin’ delicious!
And, despite many women thinking they’re the only one in the world that has those destructive crap thoughts and feelings, I’m here to tell you that many MANY women are right there with you.
